hope, oneness

Reaching deep down into my soul tonight for words to write I discover an emptiness that I knew was there but seldom recognized. Silence is the language of the night. So I turn to words of one who knew this darkness but kept the light of hope alive and to the beauty of art by a Catholic Worker.
