Fred J. Ogile, 23, is a draft counselor and church program organizer for the Twin Cities Draft Information Center. After graduating from Catholic University as a seminarian, he spent a year attending the University of Minnesota Law School. He has taught courses on non-violence at the Free University of Minneapolis.
