Jon Higgenbotham, 1968 and Today RIP

Rev. Jon Higgenbotham, 27, is a minister of the Church of Scientology and a draft counselor in St. Cloud, Minnesota. In the past he has been active with SNCC, other civil rights organizations and various rock music groups. He has studied at West Virgina State College and holds a divinity degree from the Academy of Religious Arts and Sciences, Washington D.C.
