From 2009 through 2010 with a Democratic controlled House Rep. Moore (D) voted yes to most military spending bills and Rep. Ryan ® voted no. From 2011 −2012 with a Republican controlled House Rep. Ryan voted Yes to military spending visits and Rep. Moore voted No.
